IT Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager, Pharma Information Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data management services for multiple clients, including data warehousing and master data management
• Oversee a virtual team responsible for the operation and enhancement of software platforms supporting pharmaceutical processes
• Serve as the liaison between the support team and client stakeholders, ensuring SLAs are met and managing service requests

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in customer engagement and reporting metrics
• 5-7 years of experience managing IT processes with a focus on data warehousing
• Experience with SharePoint and/or ServiceNow ticketing systems
• Project management experience, including budget management and project plans
• College or technology school degree required
