Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Lead for a six-month remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert and lead for the Change Management process
• Analyze and optimize Change Management workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Generate and present weekly reports on Change Management metrics and team productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in IT Change Management or related roles
• Proficiency with JIRA and Agile project management tools
• Experience supporting federal government IT programs, particularly FEMA or DHS
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
