ERP Applications Support Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prophet 21 ERP & Applications Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Level 1 and Level 2 ERP support analysts
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ERP support queue, triaging and prioritizing issues
• Act as the point of escalation for complex Prophet 21 issues and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21 in a production environment
• 3+ years managing or leading ERP support teams
• Strong functional understanding of key P21 modules (Order Entry, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance)
• Solid working knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and troubleshooting ERP integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
