Job Summary
A company is looking for a Records Team Lead, Deputy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal recordkeeping requirements and oversee eOPF and EPF maintenance
- Lead and mentor the Records Management team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Advise on policy development and represent the Records division in interagency meetings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, information management, public administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal records management, including 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience interpreting federal personnel records regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
