Job Summary

A company is looking for a Records Team Lead, Deputy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with federal recordkeeping requirements and oversee eOPF and EPF maintenance
  • Lead and mentor the Records Management team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
  • Advise on policy development and represent the Records division in interagency meetings
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information management, public administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal records management, including 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience interpreting federal personnel records regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
