Risk Adjustment Coding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Coding Project Manager, Full Time, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a quality assurance program and ensure coding compliance and accuracy
• Monitor the performance of Risk Adjustment Operations and provide expertise on coding compliance
• Assist in developing training programs and report findings to leadership for timely implementation of changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years related work experience with a minimum of 5 years in risk adjustment coding
• Expert knowledge of Risk Adjustment
• Experience overseeing remote operations
• Strong managerial, financial, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and process improvement
