A company is looking for a Systems Configuration Analyst to manage and configure systems related to benefits and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with configuration and oversight of systems related to benefits, finance, and claims processing
- Review and interpret benefit documents to ensure accurate configuration and resolve issues
- Train team members on configuration policies and maintain documentation for audit processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required
- Experience with financial configuration, including vendor capitation and premium rate tables
- Familiarity with commission systems and financial software tools
- Understanding of internal policies and regulatory guidelines
