Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to support infrastructure and operational tasks for cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud systems and services using various observability tools
• Triage incidents, perform troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational reliability and support deployments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting SaaS applications in cloud environments, preferably Azure
• Experience scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and ARM templates
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release automation
