Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and create systems requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment for a seamless customer experience
• Deliver Salesforce.com platform enhancements and contribute to cross-functional technical development projects

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a business systems delivery team, preferably in a hyper-growth environment
• Strong understanding of sales processes including Accounts, Opportunities, and Leads
• Experience with Agile process/Kanban methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer service attitude
