Job Summary
A company is looking for a NOC Support Engineer to join their global team providing technical support for financial services product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve assigned incident tickets and support customer incident management
- Support Major Incident Management, Problem Management, and root cause analysis
- Produce and update service documentation and support PCI compliance and Disaster Recovery activities
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a network operations environment supporting a low latency global IP network
- 5+ years of experience in global managed hosting/server environments
- Direct experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista routers and switches
- Experience troubleshooting routing protocols (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, EIGRP)
- CCNA certification required; CCNP and JNCIA-Junos certifications preferred
