Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
• Develop and enforce security policies and conduct regular risk assessments to maintain compliance
• Oversee enterprise systems and applications, managing upgrades and evaluating new technologies for optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years in IT operations/infrastructure roles, with at least 5 years in leadership
• Proven experience in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid-cloud management
• Deep expertise in security frameworks and regulatory compliance
• Strong scripting capability (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation
