Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to support modernization efforts for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to HHS programs
• Architect the migration from legacy CRM platforms to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring compliance with federal health IT standards
• Define and govern data migration strategy, ensuring secure and compliant solution delivery aligned with HHS enterprise architecture

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in federal or health sector environments
• Proven experience with at least one enterprise CRM migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with contact center platforms to support health contact center services
• Proficient with Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Dynamics 365 GCC High environments
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, FISMA, and FedRAMP compliance requirements
