Job Summary
A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to support modernization efforts for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to HHS programs
- Architect the migration from legacy CRM platforms to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring compliance with federal health IT standards
- Define and govern data migration strategy, ensuring secure and compliant solution delivery aligned with HHS enterprise architecture
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in federal or health sector environments
- Proven experience with at least one enterprise CRM migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with contact center platforms to support health contact center services
- Proficient with Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Dynamics 365 GCC High environments
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, FISMA, and FedRAMP compliance requirements
