Senior Network Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a IT Network / Telecom Product Specialist (Senior).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and validate network devices, ensuring SNMP traps and alarms are properly configured
• Configure alarm settings and validate alarm reporting to Spectrum
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of IP networking and alarm propagation

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in installation and configuration of network monitoring solutions
• Familiarity with networking protocols such as SNMP and MPLS
• Experience with incident and change management systems
• BA/BS in Computer Science, IT Networking, Security, or a related technical degree
• 10+ years of experience in supporting Network Fault and Performance Management tools
