Key Responsibilities
- Manage product backlog and ensure timely processing of integration files with accurate data
- Generate compliance reports and conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy of employee time records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application lifecycle management and maintain documentation of product requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or application support required
- Experience with payroll software and time recording systems is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of payroll policies and understanding of payroll processing is strongly preferred
