Identity and Access Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management Analyst 1 to manage user access for clinical and business systems remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision user accounts and manage access for new, transferring, and terminated users in compliance with policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to optimize workflows and resolve access issues
• Support application and system troubleshooting while maintaining system security and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED - REQUIRED
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field - PREFERRED
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment - REQUIRED
• 1-3 years of Information Technology experience - REQUIRED
• Comp TIA A+ certification - PREFERRED
