Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to lead the design and implementation of secure infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement foundational security infrastructure and tools to detect vulnerabilities
• Audit access patterns and enforce security policies to prevent credential leaks and PII exposure
• Build and maintain monitoring systems for threat detection and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software or security engineering with a focus on secure systems
• Proven experience in securing IT systems, networks, and cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management tools
• Experience implementing security tools and practices, including VPNs and MFA/2FA
• Experience designing security measures across cloud environments and identity systems
