Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user setup and permissions
- Support data entry, quality checks, and maintaining data integrity
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred or in progress
- 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce administration or CRM support
- Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture and standard functionality
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem
