Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Application Administrator to join their IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting access and functionality issues
- Assist in maintaining the reliability and performance of the Salesforce platform
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, including profile and permission management
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience required
- Previous experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (or in progress) is preferred
- Must be able to accommodate planned and unplanned evening and weekend work as needed
