Security Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Support Specialist to enhance the daily operations of its IT infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operations support for cloud environments and related information security technology assets
• Deploy endpoints to the remote workforce and assist with the secure integration of cloud applications
• Develop and maintain technical support resources and Service Level Agreements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing technical support in a dynamic organization
• Experience supporting applications and IT infrastructure in a cloud-only environment
• Familiarity with device management software and Google Workspace
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure services and compliance frameworks
• Foundational networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and firewalls
