Pharmacy Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Systems Analyst to support technical operations in centralized pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support for pharmacy applications and troubleshoot server vs. application issues
• Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with hardware issues and maintain compatibility for pharmacy applications
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while leading pharmacy-related IT projects and educating users

Required Qualifications:

• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and workflows
• Strong troubleshooting skills across server, application, and user levels
• Experience with Citrix and virtual desktop environments
• Understanding of compliance, insurance, billing, and regulatory requirements
