Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, test, implement, and configure production security tools and services for cloud workloads, networks, and endpoints
• Collaborate with Product and IT teams to implement cohesive security solutions across diverse computing environments
• Automate security processes and practices while serving as a subject matter expert on security engineering topics

Required Qualifications

• MS/BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and securing solutions in hybrid cloud enterprise and SaaS environments
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP and their security offerings
• Experience with Azure Arc, Azure Monitoring Agent, Microsoft Defender, and Prisma Cloud
• Knowledge of security best practices and common security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and OWASP
