Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Management Process Owner (ITSM).
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the design, execution, and improvement of IT processes, including defining Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor process execution, manage outsourced Process Managers, and communicate with stakeholders regarding process updates and requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring integration between processes and collaboration with the IT Service Management tool owner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of experience in Service Management, specifically in Change Management, Service Level Management, and Service Transition processes
- Experience using ServiceNow ITSM Pro suite
- Expertise in managed services environments and knowledge of IT functional areas
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in technology or related field is preferred
