Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst 3 to lead the upgrade, governance, and troubleshooting of Power Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration and integration with Power Platform
- Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs
- Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage and AI capabilities within Power Platform
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of hands-on experience with customizing entities and workflows in D365 CRM
- 8 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues and analyzing logs
- 5 years of strong understanding of data visualization principles and Power BI
- 3 years of familiarity with Copilot Studio for automation and governance
- 3 years of familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory
