Technical Solution Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solution Manager who will lead solution design and technical planning for Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional Salesforce requirements by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other business units
• Serve as the solution owner and lead technical business analyst for Salesforce projects and enhancements
• Document user stories, functional specifications, and workflows while facilitating requirement-gathering workshops and design reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in a technical business analyst or solution manager role
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Servicing Cloud, and Marketing Cloud capabilities
• Experience in gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and managing project backlogs
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical Salesforce solutions
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, ADO, Lucidchart, or Figma for documentation and tracking
