A company is looking for a Technical Solution Manager who will lead solution design and technical planning for Salesforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into functional Salesforce requirements by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other business units
- Serve as the solution owner and lead technical business analyst for Salesforce projects and enhancements
- Document user stories, functional specifications, and workflows while facilitating requirement-gathering workshops and design reviews
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in a technical business analyst or solution manager role
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Servicing Cloud, and Marketing Cloud capabilities
- Experience in gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and managing project backlogs
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical Salesforce solutions
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, ADO, Lucidchart, or Figma for documentation and tracking
