Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and lead customer engagements
• Perform customisation work within ServiceNow
• Utilize expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is essential
• Certification in IT Asset Management (ITAM) is essential
• Certification in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) is essential
• Must be a US Citizen
