Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce and Systems Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including configuration enhancements and new workflows
- Manage and maintain all tools integrated into Salesforce and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Provide training and technical support to end-users on Salesforce and other Revenue Operations tools
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Salesforce administration, preferably in a healthcare technology environment
- 3+ years experience building and running reports in Salesforce
- In-depth Salesforce knowledge with experience in system workflows and integration
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certificate preferred
- Experience with Loopio, ZoomInfo, Netsuite and/or Klient preferred
