Network Engineer IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engineer IV (Lead) to resolve chronic network issues and improve connectivity across store locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve chronic network issues by collaborating with internal engineers, external vendors, and managed service providers
• Address issues related to the Palo Alto/Prisma SD-WAN platform and WAN connectivity, including broadband and cellular connections
• Identify Wi-Fi coverage gaps, assist with deployment adjustments, and manage switch-related hardware issues

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in an enterprise environment, preferably in retail or multisite locations
• Experience with Palo Alto hardware and Prisma/CloudGenix SD-WAN
• Proficient in WAN connectivity, including broadband and cable modems
• Familiarity with Inseego and Juniper switch hardware
• CCNA certification is required
