Key Responsibilities
- Manage issues through various inbound requests including phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 and Azure operational and connectivity issues
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft 365 support and administration
- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Azure support and administration
- Experience with client handling and ticket management
- Able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
