Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Desk professional to provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage issues through various inbound requests including phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 and Azure operational and connectivity issues
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft 365 support and administration
  • At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Azure support and administration
  • Experience with client handling and ticket management
  • Able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
