Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Business Systems to oversee and optimize enterprise systems in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment, administration, and optimization of Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems
• Lead the development and implementation of the organization's enterprise architecture strategy and oversee acquisition integrations
• Transition from hands-on project management to building and guiding a high-performing team of business systems professionals

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business systems management, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, including architecture, implementation, and integration
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies in business systems or IT project management
• Experience with system security, compliance, and risk management frameworks
