Texas Licensed NOC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal NOC Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and service interruptions
• Utilize network monitoring tools for diagnosing and documenting network issues
• Provide end-to-end network documentation and participate in on-call rotations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
• CCNA Certification or higher
• Experience with large enterprise LANs, Wi-Fi/WLANs, and routing protocols
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, and network management processes
• Experience supporting Radius, DHCP, and DNS servers
