Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across various modules
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs
• Define platform governance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 2 years in an architectural or lead role
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration capabilities
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs
