Software Asset Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of an enterprise-wide software inventory, ensuring data accuracy
• Design and implement scalable processes for software asset data normalization, deduplication, and classification
• Integrate and reconcile data across various platforms to maintain data governance and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Proficiency with asset and cost management platforms (e.g., Zylo, Snow, Flexera)
• Strong expertise in data modeling and system integration
• Proven ability to design and manage structured reporting and data governance frameworks
