A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain ServiceNow tools and applications
- Support system migrations, enhancements, and workflow development
- Provide on-call support and troubleshoot technical issues
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration
- Familiarity with DevOps integrations (GitLab, JFROG, SonarQube)
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITOM and IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Exposure to DoD environments or federal IT service management practices
