ServiceNow Administrator Certification Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow tools and applications
• Support system migrations, enhancements, and workflow development
• Provide on-call support and troubleshoot technical issues

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration
• Familiarity with DevOps integrations (GitLab, JFROG, SonarQube)
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITOM and IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Exposure to DoD environments or federal IT service management practices
