Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the global incident response practice, delivering expert-driven response and readiness services
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a resilient culture
- Drive revenue growth through service delivery and collaboration with Sales to close opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in incident response leadership roles
- Deep understanding of the incident response lifecycle and ability to translate technical efforts into business value
- Experience managing partnerships to scale service delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of owning P&L or revenue targets and pricing strategy for cybersecurity services
- Strong background in using data for decision-making and improving forecasting accuracy
