Job Summary

A company is looking for a Veterinary PIMS Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the company-wide expert on the PIMS platform, addressing complex clinical and technical inquiries
• Provide specialized guidance on migrating legacy PIMS workflows to the platform
• Collaborate with various teams to identify platform gaps and improve processes based on clinic feedback

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working in a veterinary clinic (e.g., veterinary technician, practice manager)
• Deep experience with multiple veterinary PIMS platforms
• Strong background in software implementation or support in a healthcare setting
• Proven track record of handling escalations and solving implementation challenges
• Experience training and mentoring others on complex systems
