Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Manager to ensure the reliability and performance of its global network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own network monitoring, uptime, and rapid incident response
• Coordinate across teams (infra, validators, engineers) during live issues
• Contribute to tooling and automation for scaling operations ahead of mainnet

Required Qualifications

• Experience in network operations, data center environments, or high-performance computing infrastructure
• Familiarity with carrier-class networks and bare metal management
• Ability to remain calm under pressure with strong incident response skills
• Comfortable working across time zones
• Interest in blockchain, validation, or decentralized systems is a plus
