Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Client Operations leadership, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Lead Salesforce-driven projects, including consultation, requirements gathering, implementation, and training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce solution design or business systems analysis within a SaaS environment
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Service Cloud and custom objects
- Proven track record of optimizing Salesforce processes for non-customer-facing teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building reports and dashboards
