Key Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to EHR system implementation, enhancement, and support
- Develop documentation, conduct application testing, and prepare training materials
- Provide ongoing support and participate in team on-call rotation for system issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
- Experience with EHR systems and workflow analysis preferred
- Ability to conduct training sessions in virtual or in-person settings
- Familiarity with information security best practices
