Senior Network Security Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Network Security Architect to join an established healthcare organization in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert in network security, overseeing architecture efforts across routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Lead the end-to-end network security program, including risk assessments, gap analyses, and solution planning
• Collaborate with IT, operations, engineering, and external vendors to ensure alignment on security strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in network security architecture
• Strong knowledge of networking components: routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level security programs across multiple teams
• CCIE and/or CCNP certification strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree is a plus
