A company is looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor SOC personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate with clients during security incidents and maintain trusted relationships
- Oversee incident management and ensure effective response and post-incident reviews
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 4+ years of SOC experience, including incident response and threat detection
- 2+ years of experience managing SOC teams in a customer-facing or MSSP setting
- Must possess or obtain SC-200 or MS-100 within the first year of employment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., GCIH, GCFE, CEH, OSCP)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
