SOC Manager with SC-200 License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor SOC personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicate with clients during security incidents and maintain trusted relationships
• Oversee incident management and ensure effective response and post-incident reviews

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4+ years of SOC experience, including incident response and threat detection
• 2+ years of experience managing SOC teams in a customer-facing or MSSP setting
• Must possess or obtain SC-200 or MS-100 within the first year of employment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., GCIH, GCFE, CEH, OSCP)
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
