Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into high-impact incidents and collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes
- Analyze system logs, code traces, and service behavior across multiple supply chain platforms
- Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to monitoring and alerting strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical environments such as L2/L3 IT Support or Systems Engineering
- 2+ years in high-responsibility contexts like major incident response or DevOps
- Experience with PL/SQL, Java, or similar enterprise development ecosystems
- Ability to investigate and resolve unfamiliar system issues independently
