A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to optimize and maintain their Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements aligned with ERP capabilities
- Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business needs and resolve system errors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a business analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Proficiency in D365 finance modules such as General Ledger and Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Strong skills in system configuration, customization, and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred
