Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in workforce technology or HRIS management
- Significant experience with HCM systems, preferably Workday
- Experience with workflow automation platforms like Workato
- Proven ability to architect and deliver complex workforce technology solutions
- Strong understanding of technology orchestration and system design
