IT Systems & Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support & Cybersecurity Supervisor to oversee cybersecurity initiatives and IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including threat monitoring and incident response
• Manage the migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, ensuring timely execution
• Oversee hardware configuration and user onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in Level 1/2 IT support or systems administration
• Hands-on experience with Kaseya One Suite (VSA, Service Desk, Asset Management)
• Proven experience managing Google Workspace and executing Microsoft 365 migrations
• Strong proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft Office applications
• Solid networking fundamentals and hardware troubleshooting skills
