IT Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Specialist to administer and optimize enterprise systems supporting university operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and compliance with defined requirements
• Develop and implement system workflows and data integrations to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide technical support and collaborate with users to resolve issues and deliver sustainable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience administering enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, SIS, LMS, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Anthology SIS, Canvas LMS, and Salesforce CRM is highly desirable
• Familiarity with database management platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and project management tools
