Salesforce Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption
• Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain internal documentation
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect on configuration changes and improvements in Salesforce governance

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting and administering Salesforce in a professional environment
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including user management and process automation
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or higher preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant fields required
• Working knowledge of Salesforce tools such as Data Loader and Workbench
