Print Specialist Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer III - Print Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical support and service in the installation, testing, and maintenance of the print infrastructure
• Coordinate hardware and software testing to ensure stability and performance of print systems
• Continuously monitor and improve systems and processes while providing guidance to less experienced associates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in systems engineering, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
• Preferred education includes a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems, printer security configurations, and advanced troubleshooting of print-related issues
• Knowledge of desktop and Windows system support, as well as exposure to virtualization technologies
• Ability to be on call 24/7
