Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Support professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Subject Matter Expert for GSC systems, creating system status reports and tracking enhancements
• Identify innovative solutions and support the business in developing user requirements and testing for system enhancements
• Review system change requests and evaluate the need for changes or re-education of business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or business field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in clinical research, analytics, or computer software related to database development and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in stakeholder management and strategic decision-making
• Knowledge of current systems and alignment with existing business processes
