Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Workday HRIS Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural strategy and governance for Workday and integrated HR systems
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Employee Experience leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on system solutions and integrations
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and validation of Workday modules and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Workday Certification(s) and deep knowledge of Workday HCM core, security, and integration architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of Workday experience, including configuration, implementation, testing, and architecture
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle Workday deployments or major enhancements
- Solid understanding of HR data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Project or program management experience; PMP or similar certification preferred
