Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Salesforce Platforms to lead the evolution of their multi-cloud Salesforce footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy and roadmaps for Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive user adoption through training and support
• Manage relationships with Salesforce as a vendor and ensure adherence to best practices for system performance and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, technology, engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and data architecture
• Possession of one or more Salesforce certifications is highly desirable
