Salesforce CRM Lead Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Lead Engineer to join its IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead evaluations and improvements of best practices in CRM processes and standards
• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce CRM system, including updates and user support
• Collaborate with business partners on user acceptance testing and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience as a CRM Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals and advanced features
• Experience with large-scale CRM implementations and upgrades
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Salesforce Developer 1 and II certifications are required
